“We toured three Cinque Terre towns at a time when there were very large crowds. The last town we visited was the best because it was a larger area and crowds were a little bit more spread out. It would have been better, due to larger crowds, to have spent more time in one or two CT towns versus doing three. Pisa was completely overrun with large crowds. Our tour leader was fine. He did best he could do to navigate our group through throngs of other tourists visiting these sites. The visits to wineries in Tuscany was excellent.
